If you live in Perth Western Australia you have the option to pick up locally from our pick up location in Dianella.
All other orders will be posted. After your purchase is complete, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails regarding your order. One will be confirming your order has been placed and the other email will have a tracking link so you can stay in the loop. Delivery times are subject to third parties and there may be delays.

We offer free delivery on purchases over $99.
After your purchase is complete, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails regarding your order. One will be confirming your order has been placed and the other email will have a tracking link so you can stay in the loop.

For orders made on weekends and public holidays, please allow an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
The address will be provided at checkout for local Perth Western Australian pick up orders.
We start processing and packing your order as speedily as possible after you click 'Buy Now'. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.
For standard Australian deliveries, the courier will drop your order at your nominated address without requiring a signature.
If your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact our feriFIT friends’ team on wellness@ferifit.com.au so we can lodge an investigation with our shipping company.
We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
feriFIT is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to advise whether we are able to place a backorder or provide a full refund.

It’s important to us that your feriFIT fits so we've made it as easy as possible for you to send something back! See below for information about your returns options.
We offer 30-Day FREE Returns - For all returns, the cost of shipping must be paid in full by you back to Perth Australia and once the goods are received by feriFIT a full refund will be given to the same account it was paid by.
To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must be:
• Purchased within the last 30 days
• Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
• In their original condition and
• In the original packaging with all original tags attached
feriFIT does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.
Please note that we're unable to make changes to your order including delivery details, items, colours, size or removing items once you have made your online order. If you’ve ordered the incorrect size or colour or notice that something isn't quite right, please contact our feriFIT friend team at wellness@ferifit.com.au.
Returns

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original has been cancelled or is not available.
feriFIT will only consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase if the product is deemed faulty by our feriFIT friends’ team.
If the product is faulty when you receive it, you may choose to return the product to feriFIT for a full refund. Faults will be assessed by our feriFIT friends’ team and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund.
If any items are not eligible for a refund, we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost. These items will incur a postage charge - $8 for Australian returns and $15 for International returns. All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of your items.
For special promotions, you will receive a refund for the value of the returned item less the discount applied to the full amount.

Other Store Policies
• Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Vouchers are issued on a one-time use per customer and are taken off the total invoice amount.
• Limit of one voucher per order can be used.
• No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible.
• To redeem a voucher code, enter it at the checkout under 'Voucher Code' and click 'Apply'.
• If you return an item that was purchased using a voucher, you will be issued a new voucher provided that the item is returned before the voucher expiry date.

Once you have placed your order, feriFIT is unable to cancel, add, remove or make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing the items from your order.
feriFIT also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
• You provide an unauthorised credit card
• We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
• You provide invalid personal details
• If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
• The product has become unavailable
• If, for any reason, we don't reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery feriFIT will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to feriFIT nominated delivery company. In the case of International deliveries, you authorise for the goods to be left at your specified address and your order will have been taken to be delivered as if they had been signed for. feriFIT will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.
